US Market Discovering Infratherapy
The US fitness market is really just beginning to discover infratherapy, and there are a number of infrared exercise devices for weight loss & fitness out there (both in the US and Europe) trying to put this knowledge to good use. Some of the players are StimuLight, PhysioRED, and Liposun. All of these systems combine infrared light energy with cardiovascular exercise. Infrared improves weight loss, increases endurance, and has many other benefits including a legitimate, scientifically proven way to reduce cellulite. StimuLight can be used with any existing exercise machine, providing it fits between the lighting panels (it likely will). PhysioRED has a bike integrated into the device.

Infrared Dramatically Reduces Inches
Infrared exposure while exercising has been shown to dramatically increase weight loss (loss of inches). People are always looking for a better way to lose weight, or enhance their exercise routine, right? Certainly infrared light is an unexpected way to improve health & fitness, but when there's scientific studies to show that this really works (and there certainly are), we've got to sit up and take notice.

What is Infratherapy?
What is infratherapy?
Infratherapy is Near-Infrared (NIR) light exposure combined with cardiovascular exercise for health and wellness. I doubt this word has made it into medical dictionaries yet, so don't be surprised if you hear it being loosely used to refer to related things like the use of Infrared light exposure for health without the benefit of exercise, or similar things.
Science has been revealing the benefits of infrared light for a little while now, though I wouldn't say there's much public awareness of it. Have you heard of the health benefits of infrared light, specifically, near-infrared? Please note that I am NOT a medical professional, and nothing entered in this blog should be taken as medical advice. It's a discussion, not a doctor's appointment. That being said, I look forward to writing again.
